SILVER&STEEL MAIN |
SILVER&STEEL is a webpage devoted to wargames and especially wargames by e-mail. It is always being constructed, so the information contained in it is rather sparse. It consists mainly of Cyberboard gameboxes for wargames or boardgames. NEW - At last I found a time to update things here - so you can enjoy the Perryville gamebox for The Gamers ACW game... and I updated the players list after a long time... As for Batailles pour le Canada, I have some troubles putting it on the net, so don´t despair - it will come... if you have a possibility of hosting a 7MB file, just let me know... See WHAT´S NEW section for older news... |

CATAPHRACT - THE RECONQUEST OF ROMAN EMPIRE is the 8th volume in the Great Battles of History series designed by Richard H. Berg and Mark Herman. It focuses on the battles between Byzance and its enemies - Vandals, Goths, Franks, Persians in the 6th Century AD. The gamebox contains 5 battles adapted to Simple Great Battles of History system - a simplified, but not simplistic version of GBOH rules, which lends itself greatly to e-mail play (fewer interactions than in GBOH classic due to absence of trump). The counters in the game are specifically designed for Simple GBOH - reverse side with reduced cohesion for units with a reduced side, one side counters for others. More information about the game can be found on GMT site. Many thanks to Richard H. Berg and Gene Billingsley for authorising this version. | |||
